JILMS encompasses numerous aspects of Diagnostic Medical Science
Including medical imaging, clinical pathology, medical genetics, clinical histopathology and cancer, clinical pathology, clinical medical immunology and pathology, biotechnology of Molecular and cellular, medical microbiology, medical parasitology, infection control and control, antimicrobial resistance and containment, (hematology and its diseases – blood bank and its derivatives), study of pathological cases).
Peer Review Process
Initial Evaluation and Decision To ensure compliance with the journal's ethical policies, manuscript formatting guidelines, and publication scope, all submitted manuscripts will be initially evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Manager of JILMS
Editors' responsibilities
Publication decisions The editor is in charge of deciding which papers to publish in the journal. Each manuscript will be evaluated by the editor in accordance with its importance, originality, clarity, validity, and relevance to the journal's scope
Reviewers' responsibilities
Contribution to editorial decisions : The review process helps both the editor and the editorial board make editorial decisions, and it can also assist the author in improving their paper.
Authors' responsibilities
Reporting standards : Reporting standards require authors of original research reports to provide an accurate account of their work and an unbiased discussion of its significance.
Publishers' responsibilities
Taking care of publishing behavior that is unethical : If there is any suspected or proven scientific misconduct, fraudulent publication, or plagiarism, the publisher, in close collaboration with the editors

All articles published by JILMS are open access and available to all users on the internet immediately upon publication. When needed, the publishers and editors of JILMS are always open to publishing corrections, clarifications, retractions, and apologies.
